Industrial Computer

The Industrial Computer is designed to use a PC environment in harsh conditions. The basic unit provides a 9-slot passive backplane, a highly reliable power supply, a 3 ½" FDD and a CD-Rom Drive. The chassis includes externally accessible two drive bays in addition to the internal HDD bay. This open architecture provides great flexibility where compact, rugged equipment is required.

One or two PCMGI Single Board Computer boards can be employed along with any COTS PC cards such as Sound, Graphics, Synchro Converter/Resolver, Radar Scan Converter, Asynch/Synch Serial Interfaces etc.

The unit (with typical card configurations) is environmentally tested and conforms to Industrial Requirements.
